		Teekoy Small Bungalow offers turn-of-the-century charm with modern conveniences.
				built in 1930 by the British Planters, is now the Plantation Home of the Kottukapally Family and surrounded by thousands of acres of lush Rubber Plantations interspersed by cascading waterfalls and singing streams and rivulets.     The Teekoy Small Bungalow is constructed in the typical style of British Plantation Bungalows in Kerala, using country stones and mud, lime-washed dazzling white, floored with terracotta and roofed with corrugated iron sheets painted green. The Bungalow has been meticulously restored and furnished with authentic period furniture and artefacts.
		In these surroundings, with nature as your witness, let yourself and your soul, feel total inner peace.
